• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

KudiBridge is designed for legitimate payment processing. You agree not to use our services for:

• Fraudulent transactions or scams
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumventing our security measures
• Activities that could harm other users or our platform

5. Fees & Transactions

KudiBridge charges fees for certain services, including withdrawals and currency conversions. All fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction and may fluctuate.

6. Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawals to bank accounts and mobile money are processed within the timeframes indicated on our platform. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity or need to verify your identity. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

KudiBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations, blockchain network issues, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or fail to complete required verification. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
